### sec.850 Existing programs of work This section applies to a program of work for the current term of an exploration permit that is in effect on the commencement. The program of work is taken to be a work program for the current term of the permit. However, former section 141(1)(a) continues to apply in relation to the program of work, as if new section 141(1)(a) had not commenced. s 850 ins 2019 No. 17 s 273 (sec.850-ssec.1) This section applies to a program of work for the current term of an exploration permit that is in effect on the commencement.
