### sec.848 Chief executive’s power to refund application fee This section applies in relation to an application for a resource authority made, but not decided, before the commencement. Section 386PA does not apply in relation to the application. The Act as in force before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the refund of all or part of any fee paid for the application.
