### sec.827 Applications for mineral development licences accepted before commencement This section applies if, before the commencement, the chief executive accepted under the pre-amended Act, as in force from time to time before the commencement, an application for the grant of a mineral development licence. The pre-amended Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply to the application as if the Common Provisions Act, chapter 9, part 7, division 9 had not been enacted. In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. s 827 ins 2014 No. 47 s 463 (sec.827-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the chief executive accepted under the pre-amended Act, as in force from time to time before the commencement, an application for the grant of a mineral development licence.
