### sec.823 Application of s 333J to particular administrators Section 333J applies to an administrator appointed before the commencement as if the required date for section 333J(1) were the later of the following— the date 14 days after the commencement; or the required date for section 333J(1). s 823 ins 2014 No. 35 s 36 ; 2016 No. 10 s 12 - (a) the date 14 days after the commencement; or - (b) the required date for section 333J(1).
