### sec.818 Application of repealed ss 334Z and 334ZA This section applies to— a person who, immediately before the commencement, may have made an application under previous section 334Z or 334ZA to include land in a mining tenement; or an application made, but not decided, before the commencement, under previous section 334Z or 334ZA to include land in a mining tenement. Despite the repeal of previous sections 334Z and 334ZA, each previous section continues to apply— to a person mentioned in subsection (1)(a); and for deciding an application under the previous section to include land in a mining tenement.
