### sec.805 Application of Act to particular unpaid royalty This section applies if, immediately before 1 October 2012, an amount of royalty payable by a person to the State is unpaid (the unpaid royalty ). This Act as in force on 1 October 2012 applies in relation to the unpaid royalty on and from that day.
