### sec.791 Definitions for div 17 In this division— amending Act means the Mines Legislation (Streamlining) Amendment Act 2012 . commencement means the commencement of the section in which the term is used. former , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force immediately before the commencement of the section in which the term is used. new , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force immediately after the commencement of the section in which the term is used. s 791 ins 2012 No. 20 s 243
