### sec.775 Application of amended s 249 This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, section 249 applied in relation to an application mentioned in section 249(1). Section 249 as in force immediately after the commencement applies in relation to the application. For the purpose of subsection (2), the request period under section 249 is the period of 10 business days starting on the commencement.
