### sec.772 Existing applications To remove any doubt, it is declared that to the extent they are relevant the amendments to this Act under the amending Act apply to any undecided application for or relating to a mining tenement. In this section— amending Act means the Mines and Energy Legislation Amendment Act 2008 . undecided application means an application lodged but not decided before the date of assent of the amending Act. s 772 ins 2009 No. 3 s 516 (sec.772-ssec.1) To remove any doubt, it is declared that to the extent they are relevant the amendments to this Act under the amending Act apply to any undecided application for or relating to a mining tenement. (sec.772-ssec.2) In this section— amending Act means the Mines and Energy Legislation Amendment Act 2008 . undecided application means an application lodged but not decided before the date of assent of the amending Act.
