### sec.764A Application of public interest provisions to undecided applications
To remove any doubt, it is declared that to the extent they are relevant the public interest provisions apply to any undecided application for the renewal of a mining tenement.
In this section—
public interest provisions means sections 147A(1)(d), 197A(1)(e) and 286A(1)(g).
undecided application means an application lodged but not decided before the public interest provisions commenced.
