### sec.383 Chief executive may use required information
A holder of a mining tenement is taken to authorise the chief executive to use the required information for the mining tenement for—
purposes reasonably related to this Act; and
the services of the State.
The authorisation is not affected by the ending of the mining tenement.

(sec.383-ssec.1) A holder of a mining tenement is taken to authorise the chief executive to use the required information for the mining tenement for— purposes reasonably related to this Act; and the services of the State.
(sec.383-ssec.2) The authorisation is not affected by the ending of the mining tenement.
- (a) purposes reasonably related to this Act; and
- (b) the services of the State.
