### sec.381 Power of Land Court to order surrender of minerals The Land Court may, upon determining any proceeding before it, order that a person ordered by the Land Court to pay any amount in respect of a debt, damages or costs shall, within the time appointed by the Land Court, deliver to the party to whom payment is ordered to be made or to the Land Court itself for delivery to such party any ore or mineral in the possession of and being the property of that person in satisfaction or part satisfaction of the amount ordered to be paid and for this purpose may fix a value of that which is ordered to be delivered.
