### sec.334ZZR Notice of transfer to Water Act regulator If a transfer is made under section 334ZZO or 334ZZQ , the chief executive must give the Water Act regulator notice of the transfer. A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not invalidate or otherwise affect the transfer.
