### sec.334ZG No consent required for application for mining tenement for particular land
This section applies to an application for a mining lease by the prescribed persons in respect of all or any prescribed land under section 334ZE or 334ZF , if the land is in the area of an existing authority within the meaning of section 248 (1) .
Despite section 248 (2) , the written consent to the application of the holder of the existing authority need not be obtained by the prescribed persons.
Also, section 248 (4) does not apply to the application.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that this section applies to the application whether it was made before or after the commencement of this section.
