### sec.334U No fee payable No titles registry fee is payable under the Land Title Act 1994 for keeping or removing, under this part, a record of the guarantee for affected land. In this section— titles registry fee , for a matter mentioned in subsection (1) , means the fee payable for the matter under the Land Title Act 1994 , section 198B . s 334U (prev s 381E) ins 2008 No. 56 s 72 reloc and renum 2012 No. 20 s 309 amd 2021 No. 12 s 148 sch 3 (sec.334U-ssec.1) No titles registry fee is payable under the Land Title Act 1994 for keeping or removing, under this part, a record of the guarantee for affected land. (sec.334U-ssec.2) In this section— titles registry fee , for a matter mentioned in subsection (1) , means the fee payable for the matter under the Land Title Act 1994 , section 198B .
