### sec.334S Registering guarantee in freehold land register An owner of affected land may, in writing, ask the chief executive to have a record of the guarantee for the land included on the freehold land register. If a request is made under subsection (1) , the chief executive must, as soon as practicable, give the registrar written notice asking the registrar to keep a record of the guarantee for the land.
