### sec.334N Transfers
During the moratorium period the following may be transferred only if the conditions mentioned in subsection (2) have been complied with—
an oil shale mining tenement for the land;
an interest in an oil shale mining tenement for the land;
an application for an oil shale mining tenement for the land.
For subsection (1) , the conditions are—
the Minister has given written consent to the transfer; and
the transfer is made in the approved form and lodged with the chief executive; and
the lodgement is accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
The Minister may, if asked in writing by the holder of, or the applicant for, the mining tenement and the proposed transferee, give written consent to the transfer.
However, if there is an approved form for the making of the request, the request may be made only if it is in that form.
