### sec.334E Application of pt 1
Subject to subsection (3) , this part applies to all of the following land from when this section commences to 17 August 2028 (the moratorium period )—
land in the area of mineral development licence 202;
land in the area of exploration permits 3520 and 16668;
the area of exploration permit application 16748;
land prescribed under a regulation ( prescribed land ).
A regulation may be made under subsection (1) (d) only if the land to which this section applies will, after the making of the regulation, be a contiguous parcel of land.
This part applies to prescribed land only from the commencement of the regulation prescribing the oil shale mining tenement.
