### sec.318CL Application of pt 8
This part applies to a person (the mining lease holder ) who holds a coal mining lease or an oil shale mining lease.
See, however, chapter 15 , part 2 , division 6 .
This division is subject to division 2 and the Common Provisions Act , section 138 .
