### sec.318BL Additional criteria for deciding conditions or term
In making a decision as follows, regard must be had to the prescribed criteria—
deciding conditions of the mining lease under section 276 (1) (o) ;
deciding the term of the lease under section 284 .
This section does not limit the power under section 276 (1) (o) to determine conditions of the mining lease.
In this section—
prescribed criteria means each of the following—
the CSG assessment criteria;
the effect of the mining lease on safe and efficient petroleum production under any adjacent lease;
the effect on safe and efficient petroleum production under any future petroleum lease that arises from the authority to prospect.

- (a) deciding conditions of the mining lease under section 276 (1) (o) ;
- (b) deciding the term of the lease under section 284 .
