### sec.318BL Additional criteria for deciding conditions or term In making a decision as follows, regard must be had to the prescribed criteria— deciding conditions of the mining lease under section 276 (1) (o) ; deciding the term of the lease under section 284 . This section does not limit the power under section 276 (1) (o) to determine conditions of the mining lease.
