### sec.318AL Application of ch 8 to grant of special coal mining lease under Central Queensland Coal Associates Agreement Act 1968 This chapter applies to the granting of a special coal mining lease under the Central Queensland Coal Associates Agreement Act 1968 (the CQCA Act ). If this chapter imposes a requirement for, or a restriction on, the granting of a special coal mining lease under the CQCA Act , the lease can not be granted if the restriction applies or if the requirement has not been met. For this section, the grant of a lease includes an addition to the land subject to an existing special coal mining lease granted under the special agreement Act. This section applies despite any provision of the CQCA Act . s 318AL ins 2004 No. 25 s 1020 amd 2012 No. 20 s 323 sch 3 (sec.318AL-ssec.1) This chapter applies to the granting of a special coal mining lease under the Central Queensland Coal Associates Agreement Act 1968 (the CQCA Act ). (sec.318AL-ssec.2) If this chapter imposes a requirement for, or a restriction on, the granting of a special coal mining lease under the CQCA Act , the lease can not be granted if the restriction applies or if the requirement has not been met. (sec.318AL-ssec.3) For this section, the grant of a lease includes an addition to the land subject to an existing special coal mining lease granted under the special agreement Act.
