### sec.31 Chief executive to notify owners of occupied land of grant of parcel prospecting permit Upon granting a parcel prospecting permit, the chief executive must, within 5 business days after the grant, advise the owner of any occupied land specified in the permit including occupied land (other than a reserve for public road) specified as access.
