### sec.267A Striking out objections This section applies to the extent an objection lodged under section 260 is— outside the jurisdiction of the Land Court; or frivolous or vexatious; or otherwise an abuse of the process of the Land Court. Despite sections 265 and 268 , the Land Court may, at any stage of the hearing, strike out all or part of the objection. s 267A ins 2014 No. 47 s 441 (sec.267A-ssec.1) This section applies to the extent an objection lodged under section 260 is— outside the jurisdiction of the Land Court; or frivolous or vexatious; or otherwise an abuse of the process of the Land Court. (sec.267A-ssec.2) Despite sections 265 and 268 , the Land Court may, at any stage of the hearing, strike out all or part of the objection. - (a) outside the jurisdiction of the Land Court; or - (b) frivolous or vexatious; or - (c) otherwise an abuse of the process of the Land Court.
