### sec.231AA Activity report for mineral development licence
A regulation may—
require a holder of a mineral development licence to give the Minister a report (an activity report ) about the activities carried out under the licence; and
prescribe the following for the activity report—
when the report is to be given;
the format of the report;
the information to be contained in the report and the degree of precision required for the information.
