### sec.231A Application of pts 1 and 2 This part applies only for the granting of, and in relation to, a mineral development licence for an Aurukun project. Part 1 , except to the extent mentioned in subsection (3) , also applies for the granting of, and in relation to, a mineral development licence for an Aurukun project. Sections 179 , 180 , 181 (2) , 182 , 183 , 185 , 186 , 189 , 192 , 194 , 197A , 208 , 210 , 214 (1) (a) , 225 and 226AA do not apply for the granting of, and in relation to, a mineral development licence for an Aurukun project.
