### sec.197D When term of renewed licence starts If a mineral development licence is renewed before its expiry day ends, the term of the renewed licence starts on the day after the expiry day. If the licence is renewed after the expiry day, the term of the renewed licence is taken to have started on the day after the expiry day. s 197D ins 2005 No. 8 s 24 (sec.197D-ssec.1) If a mineral development licence is renewed before its expiry day ends, the term of the renewed licence starts on the day after the expiry day.
