sec.194ABOther agreement conditions

### sec.194AB Other agreement conditions This section applies if— a registered indigenous use agreement under the Commonwealth Native Title Act , or an agreement mentioned in section 31 (1) (b) of the Commonwealth Native Title Act , provides for the grant, renewal or variation of, or another act concerning, a mineral development licence; and the State is a party to the agreement; and the agreement includes a requirement that, if the act is done, the mineral development licence must be subject to conditions stated in the agreement (the stated conditions ); and the act is done.
