### sec.186A Details of mineral development licence to be recorded in register The chief executive must record in the register the following details of a mineral development licence— the identification number of the licence; the name of the holder; the address for service of notices on the holder; the description of land for which the licence is granted; the term and date of commencement of the licence; the conditions, other than conditions prescribed under this Act, to which the licence is subject; the minerals the subject of the licence. s 186A ins 2008 No. 33 s 93 sub 2018 No. 24 s 96 - (a) the identification number of the licence; - (b) the name of the holder; - (c) the address for service of notices on the holder; - (d) the description of land for which the licence is granted; - (e) the term and date of commencement of the licence; - (f) the conditions, other than conditions prescribed under this Act, to which the licence is subject; - (g) the minerals the subject of the licence.
