### sec.15 Area of land covered by parcel prospecting permit A parcel prospecting permit may be granted for all or part of the land of a lot, or 2 or more adjoining lots owned by the same person. More than 1 parcel prospecting permit may be granted over a lot, or 2 or more adjoining lots owned by the same person. If an application for a parcel prospecting permit is for only part of the land of a lot, or 2 or more adjoining lots owned by the same person, the permit may be granted for all of the area. s 15 amd 1994 No. 63 s 110 (2) sch sub 1995 No. 21 s 9 amd 1995 No. 50 s 3 sch (sec.15-ssec.1) A parcel prospecting permit may be granted for all or part of the land of a lot, or 2 or more adjoining lots owned by the same person. (sec.15-ssec.2) More than 1 parcel prospecting permit may be granted over a lot, or 2 or more adjoining lots owned by the same person. (sec.15-ssec.3) If an application for a parcel prospecting permit is for only part of the land of a lot, or 2 or more adjoining lots owned by the same person, the permit may be granted for all of the area.
