### sec.147F Renewal or extension of permit must be in name of last recorded transferee
This section applies if a transfer of an exploration permit is registered under the Common Provisions Act —
after the date on which an application for renewal or extension of the permit is made; and
before the application is decided by the Minister.
Any renewal or extension granted on the application must be in the name of the transferee under the last transfer registered before the grant of the renewal or extension.

(sec.147F-ssec.1) This section applies if a transfer of an exploration permit is registered under the Common Provisions Act — after the date on which an application for renewal or extension of the permit is made; and before the application is decided by the Minister.
(sec.147F-ssec.2) Any renewal or extension granted on the application must be in the name of the transferee under the last transfer registered before the grant of the renewal or extension.
- (a) after the date on which an application for renewal or extension of the permit is made; and
- (b) before the application is decided by the Minister.
