### sec.136EA Rejection of tender if tenderer disqualified
The Minister must reject a tender for an exploration permit for coal if the Minister decides the tenderer is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the permit.
On rejection of the tender, the Minister must give the tenderer a notice about the decision.

(sec.136EA-ssec.1) The Minister must reject a tender for an exploration permit for coal if the Minister decides the tenderer is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 7 from being granted the permit.
