### sec.130AA Types of work program for term of exploration permit A work program for a term of an exploration permit is— a work program (activities-based); or a work program (outcomes-based). A work program (activities-based) for a term of an exploration permit is a document stating— the activities proposed to be carried out during the term; and the estimated human, technical and financial resources proposed to be committed to exploration during the term.
