### sec.13 Definition for pt 1 In this part— holder , of a prospecting permit, includes a person who is an officer, employee, contractor or agent of the holder if the person is in actual possession of— the permit; or the holder’s written permission for the person to do something the holder may do under the permit. s 13 sub 1995 No. 21 s 9 amd 2008 No. 33 s 78 ; 2012 No. 20 s 323 sch 3 - (a) the permit; or - (b) the holder’s written permission for the person to do something the holder may do under the permit.
