### sec.11 Mining districts
The chief executive may by gazette notice declare an area of land to be a mining district.
The notice must—
state the name of the mining district; and
give a description, by map or otherwise, of the location and boundaries of the mining district.

(sec.11-ssec.1) The chief executive may by gazette notice declare an area of land to be a mining district.
(sec.11-ssec.2) The notice must— state the name of the mining district; and give a description, by map or otherwise, of the location and boundaries of the mining district.
- (a) state the name of the mining district; and
- (b) give a description, by map or otherwise, of the location and boundaries of the mining district.
