### sec.93 Limitation on accreditation of external instrument
The chief executive may accredit an external instrument for a marine park, or a part of a marine park, only if the chief executive—
has had regard to—
the management arrangements for the entry or use of the marine park or part under the instrument; and
any other relevant matters; and
a matter the chief executive must have regard to in considering an application for a permission for the marine park or part
for a zoned marine park—is satisfied the accreditation is consistent with the zoning plan for the park.
