### sec.9 Fee must be paid
This section applies to an application for a permission for which a fee is payable if the fee does not accompany the application.
The chief executive must, by notice—
ask the applicant to pay the fee within a stated period of at least 60 business days after receiving the notice; and
advise the applicant that if the fee is not paid within the stated period, the chief executive may refuse to decide the application under this section.
The chief executive may refuse to decide the application until the fee is paid.
(sec.9-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for a permission for which a fee is payable if the fee does not accompany the application.
