### sec.86 Accreditation of external authority Subject to section 87 , the chief executive may, by gazette notice, accredit an external authority as a corresponding authority for a marine park or a part of a marine park. The notice must state— the external authority is accredited as a corresponding authority for the marine park or part; and the corresponding authority is an authority for the purposes of the Act . (sec.86-ssec.1) Subject to section 87 , the chief executive may, by gazette notice, accredit an external authority as a corresponding authority for a marine park or a part of a marine park. (sec.86-ssec.2) The notice must state— the external authority is accredited as a corresponding authority for the marine park or part; and the corresponding authority is an authority for the purposes of the Act . - (a) the external authority is accredited as a corresponding authority for the marine park or part; and - (b) the corresponding authority is an authority for the purposes of the Act .
