### sec.79 Amendment by application
The other party to a commercial activity agreement may apply to the chief executive for an amendment of the agreement.
The application must—
be in the approved form; and
be supported by enough information to enable the application to be decided, including the information mentioned in schedule 2 ; and
comply with any other requirements for the application under a zoning plan applying to the marine park.
If the chief executive decides to make the amendment, the chief executive must give the other party notice of the amendment.
The amendment takes effect on the later of the following days—
the day the notice is given to the other party;
the day of effect stated in the notice.
The effect of the amendment does not depend on the amendment being noted on the agreement.
If the chief executive decides not to make the amendment, the chief executive must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, give the other party an information notice about the decision.
