### sec.41 Activities authorised under permission generally A permission granted under this part authorises the holder of the permission to enter and use the marine park, or the part of a marine park, stated on the permission for conducting the activity stated on the permission. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the authorisation mentioned in subsection (1) is subject to the following— the authorisation does not exist during a period the permission is suspended under division 4 ; the authorisation ceases to exist if the permission is cancelled under division 4 . (sec.41-ssec.1) A permission granted under this part authorises the holder of the permission to enter and use the marine park, or the part of a marine park, stated on the permission for conducting the activity stated on the permission. (sec.41-ssec.2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the authorisation mentioned in subsection (1) is subject to the following— the authorisation does not exist during a period the permission is suspended under division 4 ; the authorisation ceases to exist if the permission is cancelled under division 4 . - (a) the authorisation does not exist during a period the permission is suspended under division 4 ; - (b) the authorisation ceases to exist if the permission is cancelled under division 4 .
