### sec.23 Permission to be written
A permission granted under this part must be written.
The chief executive may use 1 document for the grant of 2 or more permissions under this part.
Also, the chief executive may use an instrument that has been used for the grant of a Commonwealth permission for the grant of a permission under this part.
(sec.23-ssec.1) A permission granted under this part must be written.
