### sec.21 Restriction on grant of permission about insurance
The chief executive may grant a permission to a person only if the chief executive considers there is adequate insurance cover for the activities proposed to be conducted under the permission.
However, subsection (1) does not apply if the chief executive considers insurance cover is not required having regard to the nature of the activities, including whether insurance is commonly available for the activities.
