In this division—

existing permission see section 199(1).
former marine park means the Great Sandy Marine Park described in the Marine Parks (Declaration) Regulation 2006 , schedule 3 , as in force immediately before the commencement.
new marine park means the Great Sandy Marine Park described in the Marine Parks (Declaration) Regulation 2006 , schedule 3 .
new plan means the Marine Parks (Great Sandy) Zoning Plan 2024 .
repealed plan means the repealed Marine Parks (Great Sandy) Zoning Plan 2017 .
