### sec.196 References to 2006 regulation
In an instrument—
a reference to the 2006 regulation may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to this regulation; and
a reference to a previous provision may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision for the previous provision.
- (a) a reference to the 2006 regulation may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to this regulation; and
