### sec.186 Existing requests about commercial activity agreements This section applies if— before the commencement a person was requested to do something under previous section 61, 67 or 69; and at the commencement, the person had not done the thing, and the time for doing the thing had not ended. The request is taken to have been made under the corresponding provision for the previous provision.
