### sec.184 Existing commercial activity agreements
This section applies to a commercial activity agreement in existence immediately before the commencement.
From the commencement, the commercial activity agreement—
continues to have effect as a commercial activity agreement under this regulation for its remaining term unless it is earlier cancelled; and
is subject to the conditions to which it was subject immediately before the commencement; and
may be amended, suspended or cancelled under this regulation.
Subsection (4) applies if a process for amending, suspending or cancelling a commercial activity agreement continued under subsection (2) was started but not finished under the 2006 regulation before the commencement.
The process may be finished under this regulation.
(sec.184-ssec.1) This section applies to a commercial activity agreement in existence immediately before the commencement.

- (a) continues to have effect as a commercial activity agreement under this regulation for its remaining term unless it is earlier cancelled; and
- (b) is subject to the conditions to which it was subject immediately before the commencement; and
- (c) may be amended, suspended or cancelled under this regulation.
