### sec.180 Existing 2006 permissions
This section applies to a 2006 permission in force immediately before the commencement.
From the commencement, the 2006 permission—
continues to have effect as a permission under this regulation for its remaining term unless it is earlier cancelled or surrendered; and
is subject to the conditions to which it was subject immediately before the commencement; and
if, immediately before the commencement, the permission was suspended under the 2006 regulation—continues to be subject to the suspension; and
may be amended, suspended, cancelled or surrendered under this regulation.
Subsection (4) applies if a process for amending, suspending or cancelling a 2006 permission continued under subsection (2) was started but not finished under the 2006 regulation before the commencement.
The process may be continued and finished under this regulation.
(sec.180-ssec.1) This section applies to a 2006 permission in force immediately before the commencement.
(sec.180-ssec.2) From the commencement, the 2006 permission— continues to have effect as a permission under this regulation for its remaining term unless it is earlier cancelled or surrendered; and is subject to the conditions to which it was subject immediately before the commencement; and if, immediately before the commencement, the permission was suspended under the 2006 regulation—continues to be subject to the suspension; and may be amended, suspended, cancelled or surrendered under this regulation.
(sec.180-ssec.3) Subsection (4) applies if a process for amending, suspending or cancelling a 2006 permission continued under subsection (2) was started but not finished under the 2006 regulation before the commencement.
(sec.180-ssec.4) The process may be continued and finished under this regulation.
- (a) continues to have effect as a permission under this regulation for its remaining term unless it is earlier cancelled or surrendered; and
- (b) is subject to the conditions to which it was subject immediately before the commencement; and
- (c) if, immediately before the commencement, the permission was suspended under the 2006 regulation—continues to be subject to the suspension; and
- (d) may be amended, suspended, cancelled or surrendered under this regulation.
