### sec.157 Unlawfully using vehicle or vessel in marine park
A person must not use a vehicle or vessel in a marine park in a way that contravenes a regulatory notice.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
In this section—
use includes the following—
for a vehicle—to move or park the vehicle;
for a vessel—to move, anchor or moor the vessel.
