### sec.147 Entry or use to remove property under particular instruments
A person may, without an authority, enter or use an unzoned marine park for the removal of property in compliance with—
a written direction, notice, order or other instrument, given under an Act or a law of the Commonwealth, requiring the person to whom it is given to remove the person’s property from a marine park; or
a compliance notice, enforcement order or interim enforcement order under the Act
an order under the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Regulations 1983 (Cwlth) , section 94
an agreement, entered into under a condition of a permission or other authority granted under an Act or a law of the Commonwealth, under which a person agrees to remove the person’s property from a marine park.
