### sec.127 Unlawfully conducting prescribed commercial activity
A person must not conduct a prescribed commercial activity for a marine park, or a part of a marine park, in the marine park or part unless the activity is conducted under a commercial activity agreement.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a person conducting a prescribed commercial activity under a permission that is in force on the day the prescribed commercial activity is declared under section 126 .
