### sec.104 Limitation on accreditation of harvest fishery The chief executive may accredit a harvest fishery for a marine park, or a part of a marine park, only if the chief executive is satisfied the accreditation of the fishery is desirable in the interests of managing the marine park or part, having regard to— the management arrangements for the fishery under the Fisheries Act 1994 ; and any other relevant matters. - (a) the management arrangements for the fishery under the Fisheries Act 1994 ; and - (b) any other relevant matters.
